The website

There are no accounts, no forms and no cookies. Visits are counted with Umami, which stores no cookies and no personal data: it records the page, the referring site, the country and the device type. The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs for security.

The ChatGPT plugin

When you use Hard to Book in ChatGPT, ChatGPT sends our server only what the lookup needs: a restaurant name or a place, a date, and optionally a time zone. We do not receive your name, your account, your conversation or your location, we do not store the questions, and nothing is used for advertising or sold. Links back to this site carry a tag (utm_source=chatgpt) so visit counts show that the visit came from ChatGPT.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted; since we hold no personal data from the site or the plugin, there is normally nothing to find. You can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish data protection authority.
