The rules
- Deposit
- A credit card guarantees the booking; four days before the visit a temporary hold of €300 per person is placed and released after the meal.
- Cancellation
- Cancel without penalty up to 4 days before the visit.

- The official release calendar lists each date: November 2026 opens Monday 2 November, July 2027 opens Monday 4 January 2027 (not 1 January).
- December 2027 and January 2028 open together on Tuesday 1 June 2027.
