The rules
- Price
- Symphony menu €495 per person; four-course menu €475
- Party sizes
- 1 to 7 in the SevenRooms widget; groups of 5 or more get one set menu for the table.
- Deposit
- A card is held; €475 per guest is charged for a late cancellation or no-show.
- Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before, by email ([email protected]) or phone (+33 1 79 35 50 11).
- Waitlist
- The Infatuation (March 2026) says a waitlist can alert you to earlier openings; SevenRooms also takes requests for full times.
Getting in
- The Infatuation says groups of 5 to 8 may get in sooner by emailing the restaurant.
- For groups of 5 or more, the menu is sent two weeks ahead and must be confirmed 48 hours before.
- Dinner only, Tuesday to Saturday from 19:30.
