The rules
- Price
- Chef's Counter tasting menu $424 per person; bar tasting menu $314 per person; plus a 10% administrative fee
- Party sizes
- Chef's Counter 1 to 4; bar tasting menu 1 to 2.
- Deposit
- Full prepayment at booking; drinks and supplements are paid on the night.
- Cancellation
- All sales are final, but you can transfer the booking to someone else through Tock.
- Walk-ins
- No walk-ins; the counter and the bar tasting menu both need a booking.
- Waitlist
- Each experience has a Notify button on Tock.
Getting in
- Counter seatings are at 17:30 and 20:45; bar seatings are at 18:00 and 21:15.
- Vegan, vegetarian and celiac diets cannot be accommodated.
- Corkage is $100 per bottle, with a limit of 2 bottles.
